In 2013, New York State will be fortunate to host not one, but two, National Chess Tournaments. The US Junior Open and US Senior Open will be hosted concurrently this summer in Tarrytown. The Westchester County community is convenient to both Upstate players and Downstate ones, and offers a great time to visit the lower Hudson Valley during the summer.
