Workouts to help keep the Eyes Healthy
It's vitally important to look after our eyes to keep a great vision. Oftentimes, we take the eyes of ours for granted. Here's an additional fun eye exercise. You are going to need a dog pen just for this. With arms straight, hold your pen in front of you. Move the pen slow to your nose. Focus on the pen until you can't keep the eyes of yours on it. Repeat ten times.
Finally, in case you spend several hours staring at the pc, practice looking at a distant object for 5 to ten seconds per half hour to relieve the eyes and prevent trouble for Delve deeper the eyes.
