If you look closely at the Table of Contents, you’ll notice something about this issue of Empire Chess that has not been the case for many years. There isn’t an article by Bill Townsend. Bill has been quite busy with the running of his business and all that entails, so he has decided to take a break from Empire Chess. As much as we’ll miss him, we know that there are things even more important than our magazine, and we wish Bill every success in all of his endeavors.
